Cordial Theaterhotel **** is situated in the center of Vienna, in the neighbourhood of the oldest Viennese theatre, the „Theater in der Josefstadt”. The surrounding area offers several tourist attractions to visit. The UNESCO World Heritage list includes the 4.5-kilometre long Ringstrasse Avenue, where fascinating buildings – involving the Parliament, built between 1872-73 – stand. The Museum district, the Burg Theatre and the Emperor’s Palace are situated in the vicinity of the hotel. Bus- and subway stations (Lederergasse/Josefstädter Straße) in the near.
Hotel
The building reflects the refined style and atmosphere of the 19th century. The hotel opened its gates in 1986, the last renovation work took place in 2005. Elevator, wireless Internet connection, Internet corner, parking lot (upon charge), sauna, solarium and massages are available. In addition to a buffet breakfast in a homelike atmosphere, Intermezzo Cafe-Restaurant (open daily from 17:00 pm to 21.00 pm) offers snacks. The Belcanto Bar offers a wide choice of aperitifs. The conference room is suitable for seminars, business meetings and events, it has audiovisual equipment (Internet connection, flipchart, overhead projector, slide-projector, CD player, video, television). Pets are not allowed.

The intimate and spacious rooms are equipped with a bathroom (bathtub, hairdryer), telephone, LAN Internet access, radio, television, safe, minibar, ironing and tea/coffee making possibility, all of them has a kitchenette. The one-room studio (max. 2 persons) has a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. The two-room suite (max. 4 persons) includes a bedroom, a living room (with a couch), a bathroom and a kitchenette. The three-room suite (max. 6 persons) is divided into two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a kitchenette. Nonsmoking and antiallergic rooms are available. Room service is at guests’ disposal between 7:00 am and 12:00 pm.
